Job Description We are seeking a Lead Medication Technician to join our team. Competitive pay and opportunities for advancement. Immediate hire for the right candidate. Previous experience required. Responsibilities Communicate with resident care director about resident changes, medication updates, etc. Ensure Department is Title XXII compliant at all times. Follow all medication guidelines provided during training. Pull, pour, and assist residents with medications. Document that resident care is performed according to assessments. Assist with med‑room tasks. Manage and assist with resident emergencies. Qualifications Previous experience as a Med Tech or Certified Nursing Assistant. Previous supervisory or management experience. Knowledge of first aid and CPR procedures. Ability to stay calm in stressful situations. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
