New Season
New Season is seeking a Substance Abuse Counselor to support the well-being of our New Seasons Market community. In this role, you’ll provide direct counseling, assessments, and referrals for individuals facing substance use challenges, connecting them with resources that align with our neighborhood-focused values. You will deliver individual and group sessions, develop treatment and support plans, and partner with store leaders, HR, and local organizations. This position blends clinical expertise with community engagement in a values-driven, sustainable retail environment.
