ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in December 2023 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, where I developed a passion for helping customers, building relationships, and creating opportunities for others to succeed. I'm also a second-generation State Farm agent, so serving customers and supporting the community has always been a part of my life.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jacob Czaja - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
