Assistant IT Administrator (Entry-Level)
Summary: Psychiatric Medical Practice with offices in Phoenixville and Eagleville is looking to hire an entry-level Assistant IT Administrator to handle day-to-day IT support in a busy office environment. This role requires someone dependable who follows through, stays organized, and takes responsibility for resolving issues.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to staff IT requests (computers, printers, logins, Wi-Fi) in a timely manner
- Set up and configure new users, devices, and email accounts
- Perform routine system updates, maintenance, and equipment checks
- Track IT assets and keep records accurate and up to date
- Identify recurring issues and help prevent them
- Escalate complex problems when needed—with clear documentation
