What You Will Do The Executive Director, in partnership with the management company, is responsible for ensuring the stability, growth, and overall success of the community. The Executive Director has ultimate authority and management responsibility for all functional areas of the community. Responsibilities include: Determine and implement the mission, vision, and goals of the organization. Provide strategic leadership, planning, and direction on issues affecting the community. Ensure the development and execution of sound programs, policies, procedures, and best practices related to: Marketing and sales Public relations Resident services Financial and budget management Healthcare services Facilities management Risk management Quality assurance Hospitality and resident satisfaction Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. Provide timely and accurate reporting, analysis, and recommendations regarding community operations. Plan, direct, coach, and evaluate the performance of department leaders. Foster a positive culture focused on resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational excellence. Maintain strong communication with residents, families, associates, and community stakeholders. Perform other duties as assigned.
