WD Insurance Agency , a franchise partner with Goosehead Insurance , is looking for an Insurance Producer to join our growing team. Goosehead Insurance is a nationwide independent insurance broker that gives clients access to a broad portfolio of insurance carriers and products.

What You’ll Do

This is primarily a SALES role. While there will be some client service responsibilities, your job is to sell, build relationships, and grow your book of business — not spend your day handling routine service requests.

• Leverage our dedicated service team — routine policy service is handled by a dedicated team, allowing you to stay focused on what you were hired to do: SELL
• Help individuals and families find insurance solutions that fit their needs
• Develop new business and consistently follow up on opportunities
• Educate customers and guide them through the insurance-buying process
• Build relationships with referral partners and develop a book of business that can continue to grow over time
• Provide exceptional service to your clients when your involvement is needed
