CPM Builders is seeking a dedicated Construction Safety Coordinator to support high-end commercial and luxury retail interior projects. This role is ideal for a safety-focused professional who takes pride in creating organized, compliant, and hazard-free jobsites while supporting project teams in the field.

What Youll Do:
Monitor daily jobsite safety compliance and enforce OSHA standards
Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety meetings
Identify hazards and implement corrective actions
Maintain safety documentation, reports, and incident records
Coordinate training, toolbox talks, and safety orientations
Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to promote a strong safety culture

What Were Looking For:
3+ years of experience in construction safety coordination
OSHA knowledge and strong understanding of jobsite safety regulations
Experience in commercial construction and interior buildouts preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Proficiency in computers, Outlook, and Microsoft Office programs

Must reside in South Florida
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
