We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated Part-Time Business Development Representative to help fuel our next phase of growth.

Operating at the frontlines of our revenue team, you will act as the crucial bridge between our marketing efforts and our Sales Executives.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying target accounts, conducting strategic outreach, and generating qualified sales leads. If you are a persuasive communicator who loves connecting with people and thrives in a flexible, part-time role, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting: Identify and target prospective clients (Fortune 500s, universities, government agencies, ad agencies, and print brokers) through cold calling, strategic email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Lead Qualification: Connect with decision-makers to understand their current print procurement processes, uncover their pain points, and assess if eLynxx software is a fit.
• Pipeline Generation: Successfully schedule qualified discovery calls and software demos for our senior Sales Executives.
• Value Pitching: Clearly articulate the eLynxx value proposition, emphasizing cost reduction, workflow efficiency, and supply chain control.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions, prospects, and pipeline developments in our CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO, sales team, and marketing department to refine messaging, share market feedback, and optimize outreach strategies.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, telemarketing, or a related role. (Experience in SaaS or software sales is highly preferred).
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the commercial printing, direct mail, or marketing supply chain industry is a massive advantage, but not strictly required.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be comfortable on the phone and capable of writing engaging, professional emails.
• Drive: A resilient, “solution-hunter” mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using modern sales tools, CRMs, and web conferencing software.
