Physical Therapist - Supplemental Musculoskeletal Practice

Responsibilities Apply current knowledge, theory, evidence, and sound clinical judgment in patient management. Work closely with the patient, family, and an interdisciplinary team to provide efficient and effective individualized patient care. Advocate for health, wellness, and fitness to stakeholders; serve as educator and mentor for therapy students, peers, and other medical professionals. Assist with department and program planning. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Minnesota as a Physical Therapist. Demonstrated skills in organization, communication, interpersonal relations, leadership, decision making, and problem solving. Preferred: board certification in a clinical specialty area and/or an advanced degree in a health care field. Preferred: active participation within professional organizations; current physical therapy licensure in Minnesota. Exemption Status Nonexempt Compensation Detail $40.28 - $60.45 / hour Benefits Eligible No Schedule Part Time Hours/Pay Period Supplemental/PRN Schedule Details Standard clinic hours are 8-5 on Monday through Friday. Schedule will be determined based on practice needs. Weekend Schedule Can be considered in outpatient practice. International Assignment No Site Description Locations include Mayo Clinic campuses in Phoenix/Scottsdale, AZ; Jacksonville, FL; Rochester, MN; and Mayo Clinic Health System locations in the Midwest; international locations also exist.
