Internet Salesperson

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team in a role that combines digital sales support, product knowledge, and lead management. This position plays a key part in creating a positive first impression, responding to online inquiries, and helping customers move confidently through the vehicle purchasing process. What You’ll Do Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads, email inquiries, phone calls, and online chat requests. Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and provide accurate vehicle, pricing, and availability information. Support the sales process by setting appointments, following up consistently, and maintaining strong customer communication. Present product features, technology, trim levels, and available options in a clear and helpful manner. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and lead activity in the CRM system. Work closely with sales, finance, and management teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Assist in creating and improving online listing content, photos, and vehicle descriptions when needed. Stay informed on current promotions, inventory updates, and market trends. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain a professional, friendly approach across digital and phone communication channels. Comfort working with CRM tools, online lead platforms, and basic computer applications. Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to learn product details quickly and explain information clearly. Prior experience in automotive sales, internet sales, product presentation, or a related customer-facing role is preferred.
