Develop optimized checkout and sign-up journeys across Google, partnering with senior leads and aligning it with overall product strategy and balancing user and business needs. Develop UX deliverables, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that are intuitive, engaging, and accessible and collaborate with UX Researchers (UXR) to understand user needs and validate designs through testing and iteration. Contribute to and maintain the Platform's design system, ensuring consistency and evolving the system where needed to support this new investment area. Communicate design rationale and advocate for design decisions to stakeholders at all levels, stay current with UX trends in this space, and share knowledge within the team and organization.
