• Core understanding: SAP A&D Master Scheduler Consultant (SAP Aerospace & Defense Airframer Master Production Scheduling Consultant)
  • Explain Aerospace & Defense Airframer Master Production Scheduling (MPS) Best Practice by Model
  • Generating a schedule based on a formula:
    • Understanding of generating a schedule for a Model/Program and range of Tail #'s based on Rate/Takt and Out the Door (OTD) Dates for number of Tail's to be generated during a period.
    • Generating schedule for a Model/Program with multiple Assembly Line / Production Lines within a Plant with Common Station
    • Generating schedule for a Model/Program on an Assembly Line / Production Line and incorporating Spares
    • Generating schedule for an Assembly Line / Production Line for Multiple Models/Programs
  • Understanding of MPS integration with Contract Line-Item Numbers (CLIN). Models with range of Tail #'s with Entry into Service Dates
    • Commercial utilization - integration to CRM
    • Defense utilization
  • Understanding of MPS integration with Engineering. Models with range of Tail #'s configuration (Parameter Effectivity)
  • Understanding of MPS integration with Assembly Processing with Parameter Effectivity
  • Parameter Effectivity Flat MBoM
• SAP knowledge:
  • S/4 Experience
  • Parameter Effectivity Manufacturing Bill of Material (MBoM)
  • Parameter Effectivity Operative Network (Network Activities / Reference Pointers)
  • Standard & Operative Network (Network Activities / Reference Pointers)
  • ssembly Processing/Complex Manufacturing
  • Contract/Sales Orders (nice to have)
• Consulting Skills:
  • Requirements gathering
  • Functional Spec authoring
  • Process Flows
  • Functional Unit Testing
  • Working with the Development team
