This role is responsible for managing the full accounting cycle, supporting audits, maintaining financial records, and contributing to process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage month-end and year-end closing activities.Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, payroll, treasury, budgeting, and cash forecasting.Prepare financial reports, analyze accounting data, and perform variance analysis.Maintain fixed asset, debt, and reconciliation records.Coordinate annual audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.Improve accounting processes and internal controls.Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.Experience as an Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, Finance Manager, or in a similar accounting role.Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and financial regulations.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Japanese language skill is a must. English proficiency sufficient for reading, writing, and basic business communication.Preferred SkillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Experience handling financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit support.Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
