Job Description:

1 year of experience in EMS required

Coordinates drivers according to customer requests and in compliance with company rules. Communicates with customers to determine driver demand and driving schedules. Notifies drivers of assignments and enters assignment data into a computer database. Monitors driver performance and adherence to schedules. Resolves any issues or conflicts that arise during driver assignments. Maintains accurate records of driver assignments and schedules. Collaborates with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Other duties as assigned.

• Must possess a valid driver's license [Required]

• Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time [Required]

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word [Required]

• Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English [Required]

• Ability to data input information in a timely manner [Required]

• Functions independently using effective written and verbal communications [Required]
