Job Description:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for the Telemetry unit on a night shift schedule. The RN will provide care to patients with a variety of conditions including cardiac, general medical, and occasional oncology cases. Must have experience with trach care, chest tube, TR band, post Cath Lab procedures, and central line maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care to patients with conditions such as DMII, GI, GU, COVID, PNA, AMS, TIA, AKI, dehydration, ETOH, and other listed medical issues.
• Manage cardiac rhythm interpretation and care for cardiac patients, including those requiring titratable drips.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience; first-time Traveler with at least 2 years total experience, including 1 year in PCU.
• Required certifications include ACLS and BLS.
• Must be skilled in reading/interpreting/measuring cardiac rhythm, care for patients on bipap and high-flow O2, and be comfortable with titratable drips such as diltiazem, amiodarone, heparin, and others listed.
