Job Description:

The Registered Nurse will work in the Med/Surg unit, providing care to adult patients including post-surgical, stroke, and oncology (excluding chemo) patients. The role may include duties related to chest tubes, tracheostomies, central lines, and more. Cooperation with multidisciplinary teams and support of patients with respiratory, GI, and orthopedic issues is expected.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience
• BLS, ACLS certifications; must pass tele exam during compliance
• PALS preferred
• Experience with general MedSurg procedures such as chest tubes and central lines
