Ready to bring your best?Overview of The Role:This position will directly support the Ariba & SAP Procurement functions, providing analytical and tactical support. This role will be key to the accuracy and success of Ariba as it will have day to day responsibility for key pieces of functional master data within Ariba. This Analyst will work cross functionally and support efforts to optimize systems, policies and procedures that support the Procurement process. As a member of the Procurement team, the analyst will collaborate with Procurement Category Managers, third party partners, Accounts Payable and Master Data Management team to drive performance within the procurement community.How You Will Make Contributions That Matter:This role will be responsible for the day-to-day support and maintenance of Ariba (catalogs/contracts, etc.)Assist with SAP Pricing Contracts, updating pricing.Assist cross functionally to solve issues that arise, supporting users.Help resolve invoice/PO discrepancies utilizing SAP, Ariba, EskerKey Change Request for master data changes for Procurement teamAssist with development and publication of reporting, dashboards and KPIsAssist with development and publication of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and/or QRGs for AribaProvide ad-hoc analysis for requiredYou Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have the Following Qualifications:1-3 Years of Supply Chain or related experience is required.BA, BS or equivalent degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Finance or related field.SAP experience is preferred, not required.Ideal employees would have these specific skills and traits:Technical - High level of comfort working in spreadsheets, software systems.Detail Oriented - Strong attention to detail, ability to quickly identify issues and resolve and ensure a high level of accuracy in all functions within your job.Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment.Strong Interpersonal Skills - Ability communicate well up and down the organization, manage conflict and communicate effectively verbally and written.Influencer - Ability to influence process improvement and change across a matrix organization.Salary Range : $61,820 $ 81,140Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.In the USA, Saputo ranks among the top three cheese producers and is one of the top producers of extended shelf-life and cultured dairy products, with a portfolio of well-loved brands such as Stella, Frigo Cheese, Montchevre , Stella, and Treasure Cave.
