A Finance Administrator is part of our Finance, Administration, Buildings and Systems (FABS) Team. A Finance Administrator will ensure accepted accounting principles are followed, internal controls are adhered to, and work flows are timely and accurately completed..
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable Support
- Accounts Receivable Support
- Direct Bill Reconciliation
- Disbursement responsibilities
- Record and process credit card payments
- Employee Expense Reimbursements
- Building vendors management
- Maintain system of internal controls in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
- Back-up front desk, phone, mail distribution
- Other duties as assigned.
