Job Description We are seeking a psychiatrist to join our dynamic team in an Inpatient setting in Austin, TX. This position offers a unique 7 on/ 7 off schedule, allowing for a balanced work-life experience while providing critical psychiatric care. Key Responsibilities Evaluating new admissions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans. Requirements Board-certified or Board-eligible Psychiatrist with valid licensure. Ability to work a 7 on/ 7 off schedule Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care. Why PsychPlus?
