Team Lead- Houston Galleria

Louis Vuitton Houston Galleria is seeking an innovative leader who is committed to driving excellence in the Client and Team experience while driving the store's everyday business. As a Team Lead, you will be an ambassador of the brand and will assist the Store Director and Team Managers in mentoring and developing the team, building client relationships, proactively championing the achievement of sales goals, and ensuring that the highest level of client experience is delivered. Job responsibilities In this role you will co-create strategies with the Store Director and Team Managers. As a strong communicator with the skill to build relationships, this role will strive to deliver all client interactions in line with our Louis Vuitton promise thus further driving loyalty to the brand and our positioning within the luxury market space. Essential duties and responsibilities of a Team Lead include: Client and Business Development Selling and Floor Management Team Support and Development Driving Client Experience Profile With a focused, entrepreneurial attitude, you will have the ability to expertly identify desired products for our clients based on their individual profiles and market trends in order to maintain and drive both our position in the market and business results. This role requires strong leadership skills in order to develop, coach and support our team of client advisors to their highest potential. To achieve the highest success in this role, you must have experience in driving multiple categories in a luxury environment and be proficient in building genuine relationships with both clients and team members.
