Description: Job Title - Assembler

Job Location - Naperville, IL

Job Shift - 7:00am-5:30pm Monday thru Thursday or OT if needed will work on Fridays

Pay Rate - $19.00

Job Type - Performance to Hire

Job Responsibilities:
• Completes work orders based on production goals while maintaining a consistent and time-conscious
pace.
• Keeps accurate records of production quantities and assembly duration.
• Enters accurate production information into NetSuite for labor tracking purposes.
• Takes precise measurements to ensure fit of product components.
• Reports any issues, malfunctions, or defects of parts to ensure accurate usable inventory levels.
• Uses airpower tools, clamps, punch presses, and other heavy equipment for the assembly of products.
• Understands quality control standards and reports any observed quality concerns related to parts or
product.
• Follows safety standards as set forth by operating procedures.

SAFETY EQUIPTMENT:
• Wears mandatory safety gear including a safety vest, safety glasses, and gloves

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Ability to use pallet jack
• Ability to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions and follow established procedures
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to use technology on a basic level
