• Operate UV/Epson flatbed/ tabletop printers to print on aluminum, stainless steel, brass, anodized aluminum, and other metal substrates.
• Review work orders and artwork to verify specifications before production.
• Prepare and load materials into the printer while ensuring proper alignment and registration.
• Perform printer setup, calibration, and color verification before production runs.
• Monitor print quality throughout production and make adjustments as necessary.
• Inspect finished products for color accuracy, image quality, defects, scratches, and proper curing.
• Perform routine maintenance including printhead cleaning, nozzle checks, ink replacement, and daily machine cleaning.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required paperwork.
• Communicate equipment issues or production concerns to the Production Supervisor immediately.
• Assist with material handling, packaging, and staging of completed orders when needed.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area using 5S principles.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Meet daily production goals while minimizing waste and rework.
• Cross-train in other production departments as business needs require.
