Still owned and operated by the Weinstein family after 70+ years, our continued success is attributed to our hands on approach to daily operations and our focus on the customer experience.Locations Available:Springfield ApartmentsKings CrossingLeasing Consultant Pay: Hourly rates are competitive $18-20/hr based on experience + Quarterly BonusesBenefits: Rent discount, paid holidays, birthday time off, vacation and sick time, health, dental and vision insurance, Employee Assistance Program, 401k with company matchLeasing Consultant Schedule: Rotating Saturdays or alternate schedule available. Hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturdays 9am - 5pm.Do you have a flexible schedule? If so, our alternative schedule leasing consultant position will give you an additional per pay period bonus! This schedule is set the same each week and consists of 5 days each week working (including Saturdays) with the same 2 days off per week (Sundays and one weekday). Example: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday - with Sundays and Wednesdays off. If you need a different weekday off we can be flexible. You'll guide prospective residents through their leasing journey while building strong relationships with current residents and your team.
