Business Banking Specialist – Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred) Location: East Linton Branch, 500 Linton Blvd, Delray Beach, FL 33444. This is an in‑person position. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. Responsibilities Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue, achieving business results through leadership and collaboration with ecosystem partners. Lead proactive lead management and referral generation, leveraging knowledge of bank products and services to grow share of wallet and attract new consumer and business households. Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch as a Center of Influence, coordinating with partners such as PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking, and Mortgage. Deliver differentiated client experience and hospitality, using advanced conversational skills to tailor solutions across deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing. Collaborate with the branch team to identify consumer and business banking opportunities and generate referrals, working closely with the Branch Manager and Business Banker. Create client loyalty and grow client share of wallet through lobby engagement, education on financial transactions, and proactive problem resolution. Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment within established limits, and ensuring daily branch operations are completed efficiently and accurately.
