Behavior Technician - ABA Therapy

Benefits 401(k) Competitive salary Health insurance Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism or other developmental disabilities to implement behavior intervention plans. Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home, clinic, or community settings Collect and record data on observable client behavior Assist in the development of treatment goals and objectives Collaborate with the supervisory team to ensure client progress Maintain confidentiality of all client information Skills The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities Knowledge of behavior management techniques Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation Ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals Strong interpersonal and communication skills Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Background in social work, special education, or behavioral health is a plus Patient care experience is beneficial This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorders and related conditions. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour Schedule Must be available between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with shifts scheduled from 12:00–4:00 PM or 4:00–8:00 PM based on operational needs.
