Unified Women's Healthcare is the leading national platform for women's healthcare. Our affiliate, Square Care Medical, is seeking an experienced Part-Time Physician Assistant for their care center in Garden City, New York. Candidate will see OB and GYN clinic patients 2-3 days per week (10-15) hours. Candidate must have at a minimum 1-2 years of experience working as a provider in an outpatient OBGYN clinic to be considered.

• Assist and work closely with physician to provide care

• Perform patient exams, screenings, treatments, and record patient health history
\n
• Part-Time position working 2-3 days per week
\n
• No call requirements or inpatient rounding
\n
• Fully licensed medical team and support staff

Requirements:

\n

\n
• National Physician Assistant certification or ability to obtain
\n
• Unrestricted, active licensure in the State or ability to obtain
\n
• Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
\n
• CPR, BLS, and NALS Certification or ability to obtain
\n
• Proficient in assessment and development of treatment plans
\n
• Ability to communicate with patients, team members and management staff
\n
• Ability to make care decisions based on the best medical practices without direct supervision or guidance by a physician
\n
• One year of full-time experience as a Physician Assistant is preferred
