You’ll be leading multidiscipline design and construction management teams to complete tasks within established schedules and budgets and help advance our business development strategies. As a seller/Do’er your relationships with our clients and communities in the Northwest will support our growth with key and strategic pursuits of traditional planning and design projects as well as alternative delivery opportunities. Join us and we’ll assist in continuing the development of your skills and exploring all that you can do across our global company.#LI-JM5 Here's what you'll need • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering • Washington Professional Engineer (P.E.) (or ability to obtain within 6 months) • Demonstrated experience working on successful projects with Washington DOT, Municipality of Anchorage and other local agencies• At least 8 years of progressive experience as a lead discipline engineer and/or deputy project manager in Transportation and Highway engineering • Ability to demonstrate Project Leadership experience • Experience leading multidiscipline teams • Working knowledge of federal and state design guidelines • Strong networks and relationships in the Alaska transportation market, including existing and potential clients and other consulting firms. • Ability to work with marketing team and lead the technical side of proposalsOur health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
