VP of Sales
Brooklyn, NY (In-Office | Hybrid Potential)
$200,000 – $250,000 Base + Significant Bonus Potential
Industry: Hospitality / Commercial Real Estate / Construction / Building Products
Overview
An established company serving the hospitality construction and renovation industry is seeking a VP of Sales to take ownership of its sales function and help drive its next stage of growth.
The company serves hotel new construction and renovation projects nationwide and has an established customer base, strong operational infrastructure, and significant room for expansion.
This role requires a strong sales leader who can personally drive business, strengthen key relationships, bring structure and accountability to the sales organization, and build the team as the company grows .
The ideal candidate combines executive-level relationship building with hands-on sales ability and strong sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own overall sales strategy and execution
- Build and strengthen relationships with key existing customers
- Personally develop and close new business opportunities
- Lead high-level relationships with hotel owners, developers, contractors, and hospitality groups
- Implement KPIs, reporting, CRM structure, and sales accountability
- Improve pipeline management and overall sales processes
- Coach, develop, and expand the sales team
- Identify new markets, accounts, and growth opportunities
- Represent the company with major national customers and hospitality brands
- Work closely with ownership on overall growth strategy
Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior B2B sales or business development leadership
- Strong track record of generating and closing business
- Experience leading and developing sales teams
- Strong executive presence and relationship-building ability
- Experience in hospitality, commercial real estate, construction, building products, or another relationship-driven B2B environment strongly preferred
- Hospitality experience is a major plus, but not required
- Strong CRM, KPI, reporting, and sales process experience
- Strategic thinker who is also comfortable being hands-on
