Department Info Our EMEA Human Resources team is dedicated to enhancing the employee experience at every key moment of their journey at Terumo. HR Managers and Business Partners collaborate with Business Units, Support Functions, and Country Managers to attract, develop, and retain top talent. The People Solutions team leverages HR analytics to create innovative solutions, foster an inspiring culture, and provide growth opportunities for employees. For HR administration and systems-related inquiries, the People Experience team ensures employees receive the necessary support and guidance. Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented People Experience Intern/HR Administration Intern to join our HR teaminEschborn (Germany). This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in HR and learn about employee engagement, HR administration, and internal communication in a dynamic and international environment. Job Responsibilities Support various HR activities such as onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration , ensuring a smooth experience for employees Assist in maintaining HR systems and data accuracy , ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Help improve internal HR communication by maintaining self-service tools, updating HR platforms, and sharing relevant information with employees. Organize preventive examinations forassociates and support in the creation of HRletters andcertificates . Assist in HR documentation and compliance efforts , ensuring policies and procedures are properly recorded and accessible. Collaborate with the HR team to enhance overall employee experience and provide assistance on ad hoc HR projects . Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strongverbal and writtencommunication skills with fluency in German and English (additional European languages are a plus). Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
