Job Description
Physical Therapist Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. This role primarily involves providing physical therapy services to outpatients, as well as some inpatient care. There may also be occasional opportunities for working in skilled nursing facilities and home health settings. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients in various settings.
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Document all patient interactions and progress using electronic medical records, preferably Epic.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance professional skills.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Current Minnesota Physical Therapist license is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within one year of hire.
- At least one year of experience in a health-related field is preferred.
- Technical proficiency in electronic medical records, especially Epic, is a plus.
- Sign-on bonus available for a two-year commitment.
