Physical Therapist - Permanent Full-Time Position

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour days

Hours: 38-40 hours per week

Salary: $80,000-$115,000 annually, based on experience

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 with a 2-year commitment

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a highly engaged rehabilitation team in Minnesota.

This permanent, full-time position primarily serves outpatient and inpatient populations, with occasional opportunities to provide care in skilled nursing, home health, and school settings. The successful candidate will join an experienced team that is deeply committed to providing excellent care to the local community.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, primarily 8-hour day shifts

38-40 guaranteed hours per week

Alternative schedules, including four 10-hour shifts, may be available

Weekend rotation approximately every 6-7 weeks

Holiday coverage is rare

Any professional scrub color is acceptable

Practice Settings

The Physical Therapist may provide services across a variety of settings, including:

Outpatient

Inpatient

Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF)

Home Health

Local school programs

The role is primarily outpatient with some inpatient responsibilities. SNF and home health assignments are occasional/rare.

Qualifications & Requirements

Current Minnesota Physical Therapist license

At least 1 year of experience in a health-related field

Strong technical knowledge of electronic medical records

Experience with Epic preferred

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within one year of hire

Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient-care skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide physical therapy services across assigned care settings

Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate

Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals

Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for continued progress

Promote safe mobility, independence, and improved quality of life

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to members of the local community

Compensation & Incentives

$80,000-$115,000 annual base salary, based on experience

Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment

38-40 hours per week
