Speech Language Pathologist - Full Time

Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Active Minnesota SLP license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross required within one year of hire.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a health-related setting.
• Experience with electronic medical records required. Experience with Epic preferred.
• Experience across settings preferred. Typical caseload includes outpatient SLP and inpatient SLP. Occasional skilled nursing facility or home health exposure may occur.
• Ability to work standard day shift schedule. Primary schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8-hour days. Alternative schedules such as 4x10 may be possible. No weekend or holiday rotation required. No on-call, call back, or float requirements.
• ASHA Certification required.
