Speech-Language Pathologist – Permanent Full-Time Position

Salary: $70,000–$105,000 annually, based on experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a growing therapy team in Minnesota.

This permanent, full-time position offers the opportunity to provide speech and language services across primarily outpatient and inpatient settings, with occasional opportunities in skilled nursing, home health, and school-based therapy.

You will join an experienced and collaborative therapy department committed to delivering high-quality care and maintaining strong employee engagement.

Schedule & Work Environment

Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts

40 guaranteed hours per week

Alternative scheduling options, including four 10-hour shifts, may be available

No weekend rotation

No holiday rotation

No on-call or call-back requirements

No floating requirement

Any professional scrub color is acceptable

Practice Settings

The SLP will primarily provide services in:

Outpatient therapy

Inpatient therapy

There may also be occasional opportunities to provide services in:

Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF)

Home Health

Local school programs

Qualifications & Requirements

Current Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license

ASHA certification

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within one year of hire

At least 1 year of experience in a health-related field

Technical proficiency with electronic medical records

Experience with Epic preferred

Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide speech-language therapy across assigned care settings

Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate

Document patient care accurately in Epic

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, educators, and other healthcare professionals

Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and strategies for continued progress

Participate in interdisciplinary care planning

Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services

Support patients in achieving improved communication, swallowing, and overall functional outcomes

Compensation

$70,000–$105,000 annual base salary, based on experience

40 guaranteed hours per week
