Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech

Seeking an experienced Cath Lab Tech for a 13-week assignment supporting a high-acuity cardiovascular procedural team. This role requires strong Cath Lab experience, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced procedural environment with rotating call responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience required
• Active ARRT Certification required
• Active AHA BLS Certification required
• Active AHA ACLS Certification required
• Strong knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures and patient monitoring
• Ability to float between units as needed
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills required
• Two recent supervisory references required at submission
• Skills checklist current within 1 year required

Details:

• Shift: 6:00 AM 6:30 PM | Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Monday night call required
• Rotating every 3rd4th weekend call
• Guaranteed hours per contract
• Client Details: City Norman, State OK
• Unit Details: Procedures
• Responsibilities include assisting physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures, monitoring patients before, during, and after procedures, operating and maintaining Cath Lab equipment, circulating and scrubbing procedures, documenting patient care, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, responding to emergency situations, floating between units as needed, and ensuring safe, high-quality cardiovascular patient care throughout all procedural phases.
