Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience working as a Paraprofessional, preferably in school settings
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with teachers, staff, and students
• Flexibility to work with various age groups and adapt to diverse learning needs
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment for all students
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-classroom support under the direction of certified teachers
• Assist individual students or small groups with academic and behavioral goals
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations as needed
• Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, and breaks
• Foster a positive, respectful classroom atmosphere
• Support teachers with classroom preparation, organization, and administrative tasks
