Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- Active member of the New York bar.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- New York State Bar admission.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in fund structuring and formation.
