Fix It 24/7 – Location: 499 Jessen Ln, Suite B, Wando, SC 29492 Pay: $20–$22 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday (Saturday coverage may be required during peak season) Overview Fix It 24/7 is looking for a highly organized, customer-focused HVAC & Plumbing Dispatcher to join our growing team in Charleston, SC. What You’ll Do Dispatch HVAC and plumbing technicians for service, maintenance, and repair calls. Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and schedule updates. Monitor technician progress throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed. Coordinate emergency and priority service calls. Work closely with the call center, service managers, and field technicians to ensure exceptional customer service. Maintain accurate job information and scheduling within Service Titan. Help ensure daily revenue goals and operational efficiency are achieved. Qualifications Previous dispatching experience in the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home service industry preferred. ServiceTitan experience is a strong plus. Excellent multitasking, organization, and time management skills. Strong communication and customer service abilities. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with computers and scheduling software. Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
