This role is ideal for a mechanically inclined professional who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and delivering reliable service in the field.Technicians are critical in ensuring equipment such as POS systems, alarms, and security devices operate efficiently and safely while maintaining excellent customer service standards.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, inspect, repair, and replace electro-mechanical equipmentDiagnose issues and implement effective solutionsService equipment including cash registers, coin changers, alarms, and POS systemsComplete service requests and maintenance tasks in a timely, professional mannerReview work orders, manuals, and technical drawingsUtilize testing devices, hand tools, and power toolsFollow all safety procedures and company protocolsParticipate in a 24/7 on-call rotationTravel overnight 30–40% for service, installations, and upgradesMaintain accurate documentation using company systems and mobile tools
