This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to take ownership of service cases while helping customers and internal teams stay informed and on track.You'll manage service cases from initial intake through resolution, coordinate customer appointments with service technicians, communicate with customers and internal partners, and ensure cases are accurately updated throughout the process. More importantly, you'll play an important role in keeping service operations moving and making sure customers have the information and support they need.If you're organized, self-motivated, comfortable managing a high volume of work, and looking for a role where you can build your experience while making a direct impact on the customer experience, we'd love to meet you.Compensation: $21 - $22 / hourResponsibilities:Maintain overall ownership of service cases from initial service call through resolution and completion.Maintain clear and timely communication between service technicians, customers, operations management, finance partners, and other internal teams.Assist with managing service cases and coordinating customer appointments with the service team.Manage service-related calls and emails from customers, finance partners, and other departments.Review dashboards and reports to identify systems experiencing issues and help coordinate appropriate follow-up.Maintain accurate and up-to-date service case information in Salesforce.Track service activity and follow up on outstanding items to help ensure cases move toward timely resolution.Support the timely achievement of Permission to Operate requirements.Advise customers on system operations and utility-related concerns.Build and maintain positive working relationships with service technicians, third-party vendors, customers, and colleagues.Identify when additional information or clarification is needed and follow up appropriately.Assist with special projects and additional service initiatives as needed.Experience:High school diploma or equivalent required.1 year of project coordination experience preferred.1 year of customer service experience preferred.Salesforce experience preferred.Experience with SolarEdge and/or Enlighten monitoring systems preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and the ability to recognize when additional information or clarification is needed.Strong communication skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and other computer applications.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of phone calls, emails, service cases, and competing priorities.Strong work ethic and a proactive mindset—you're comfortable taking ownership, following through, and looking for ways to keep work moving.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Why Trinity Solar?This is more than an opportunity to coordinate service calls.
