This structured 12-month development program is designed for early-career professionals who are interested in gaining exposure to multiple areas of a specialty pharmacy while developing strong communication, problem-solving, and workflow management skills. Throughout the program, Immersive Associates will learn about various departments across the organization, gaining hands-on experience supporting patient care services and operational functions. This exposure provides a well-rounded understanding of how teams work together to deliver comprehensive pharmacy services and helps prepare associates for long-term placement in departments such as Patient Education and Adherence, Revenue Cycle Management, Account Management, Quality and Compliance, Prescriber Engagement, Team Leadership, and other specialty areas based on performance, business needs, and individual strengths.
