Based at our Head Office in Toowoomba with flexibility for candidates in Brisbane, this role blends digital marketing performance with content creation. You'll be equally comfortable building and optimising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads as you are getting out in the field to capture authentic customer stories. If you're motivated by delivering measurable results, testing new ideas and contributing to fast-moving marketing activity, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.The OpportunityAs our Marketing Specialist, you'll take ownership of both digital campaign execution and high-impact content creation, playing a key role in driving measurable growth across our marketing channels. You'll plan, build and optimise paid digital campaigns (Meta & Google Ads), while producing compelling content that brings our brand and customer success stories to life. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on both performance marketing and creative execution and enjoys seeing campaigns translate into real commercial outcomes.What You'll DoDigital Marketing & Campaigns:Plan, build and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.Manage campaign budgets, audiences, creative testing and performance optimisation.Support lead generation initiatives and conversion-focused marketing activityContent Creation & Video:Capture and produce high-quality video content, including editing for social and campaigns.Develop customer testimonials, product stories and case studies through written, photographic and video content.Produce content for email campaigns, website updates and customer communications.Social & Digital Channels:Drive SEO strategy and manage regular website content updates.Create and manage content across social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube).Help execute content calendars aligned with seasonal campaigns and marketing priorities.Compile engagement metrics and assist in preparing campaign performance summaries.Field Marketing & Events:Work closely with the Sales team and attend customer visits, field days, and industry events to capture content and insights.Plan and coordinate events, sponsorship activities and promotional activations.Prepare marketing materials including brochures, presentations, signage and promotional materials.General Marketing Support:Support the coordination and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.Maintain brand consistency across marketing communications and digital platforms.What You'll Bring• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, with confidence in SEO and website content management• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in an agile environment• Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing, communications or related role will be highly regarded• Demonstrated learning agility with the ability to quickly understand new products, systems and industry concepts• Strong communication and relationship-building skills• Strong agricultural background or understanding of the livestock industry (highly desirable)• Confidence working both independently and as part of a collaborative team• Experience supporting social media content creation and basic marketing analytics• Practical skills in photography, video creation and editing or graphic design tools such as Canva (highly desirable)• Exposure to CRM systems, marketing automation tools or website content updates (highly desirable)• Willingness to travel regionally and participate in field-based marketing activitiesQualifications and Licences• Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline is desirable, however practical experience will also be highly regarded• Current driver's licenceWhy Join DIT AgTechAt DIT AgTech, you'll be part of a fast-growing and innovative team making a real impact in livestock productivity and environmental sustainability.
