Overview Join a Top Intellectual Property Law Firm Group: A leading law firm is actively seeking a Patent Agent or Technical Specialist to join its Intellectual Property Practice Group. This is an extraordinary opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in electrical and software-related fields. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution, along with a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics. Preferred experience includes patent prosecution in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Semiconductor manufacturing and Packaging. Ideal Candidate Requirements Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related fields. 3+ years of experience in drafting and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications in mechanical, electrical, and software-related technologies. Eligibility to practice before the USPTO. Strong academic credentials, writing ability, interpersonal, and communication skills. Role and Responsibilities Collaborate with top innovators in drafting and prosecuting patent applications. Contribute to patent litigation and client counseling.
