The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 150 locations in the United States. We offer a complete array of beauty services including Lashing, Tinting, Brow Lifts and Tints, Threading, and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests natural lashes. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a highly motivated and committed part time Front Desk Associate for our salon. This position begins as a part-time position (Minimum 20 hours per week) but could increase to more hours and possibly a full-time position. This Marketing Position requires availability on weekends, Sundays and Wednesday nights; Morning shifts 7:30-3:30; evening shifts 3:30-9:30 PM; overlap shifts 11 AM- 3PM. Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, memberships (which save our guests so much money!) and cultivating a positive work environment. A focus on memberships, retail, and booking clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Increase memberships and retail
- Follow up and schedule leads
- Greet new clients and provide an excellent customer experience
- Market/Schedule appointments in person or by phone
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
- Partner with Lash Artists to maintain a fluid environment in the salon
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience.
- Expertise in phone skills/Speaking AND Texting
- MUST be available evenings, holidays and weekends
- Strong attention to detail/Bonused through company goals
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!
- Hourly wage; + 10% Commissions + 10% On all product sales; Member sign-up bonuses as well
