Full job description Responsibilities AR – Billing, accruals, customer statements Daily Cash position, weekly TCR report, set up/execute wire payments, Bank Recon, Positive Pay, signers access request, stop‑payment requests Audit requests, customer reconciliation requests, customer creation Reporting to global HQ Setup and Maintain pricing Employees expenses report Setup GL/Family for income flow to assist senior accountant in reconciling sales Manages payroll in ADP Qualifications ADP Workforce Now experience General knowledge of accounting principles Proficient computer skills, including Excel and experience with accounting software packages High School Diploma plus a minimum of 2 years relevant experience Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to remain organized in a fast‑paced environment where a broad range of tasks will be required Must be able to work well in a team‑oriented environment Job Type Full-time Pay From $65,000.00 per year Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Disability insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule 8 hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday Education High school or equivalent (Preferred) Work Location In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Berkshire Hathaway
