Med-Surg RN with ER/ICU Experience Location: Edmond, OK (73013) Position Type: Full-Time, 12-Hour Shifts (3 Day Openings / 2 Night Openings) About the Facility NurseAmerica is partnering with a premier, physician-owned boutique hospital in Edmond, OK. Role Overview & Key Responsibilities Provide acute clinical care to medical-surgical and step-down patients in a low-stress environment. Leverage ER/ICU assessment skills to monitor subtle patient changes and handle complex telemetry or higher-acuity needs. Collaborate directly with attending physicians to implement care plans and manage patient admissions/discharges. Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols. Qualifications Active Oklahoma or Compact RN License in good standing. Current BLS and ACLS certifications required. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Med-Surg, ER, or ICU settings. Compensation, Ratios & Benefits Target Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 / hour (plus night shift differentials). Low Nurse-to-Patient Ratios: 1:3 to 1:4 (ICU patient ratio is strictly 1:1).
