Provide safe high quality pharmaceutical care to the patient. Supports all JCAHO initiatives and programs and keeps abreast of the changes. Job Qualifications Education (or equivalent years of experience): Required for consideration: Pharm.D. or bachelor’s degree obtained through a formal 5-year program.
