As a Wellness Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in educating patients, building relationships, and helping people begin their wellness journey while growing your own career. Compensation $30,000$36,000 annually + Performance Bonuses Preferred Qualifications Spanish speaking (preferred) Strong leadership potential Positive attitude and willingness to be coached 1+ year of experience in a healthcare practice, medical office, or hospital preferred Previous sales or customer service experience Inventory management experience is a plus Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through Passion for delivering outstanding patient service What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Goal-oriented and motivated to succeed Ready to grow and advance within our company Passionate about helping others live healthier lives Confident, enthusiastic, and positive A team player who enjoys working in a fun, fast-paced environment Comfortable educating patients about chiropractic care, memberships, and wellness plans Experienced with phones, computers, and point-of-sale systems Able to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining excellent customer service A high school graduate or equivalent (GED) Essential Responsibilities As a Wellness Coordinator, you will: Deliver exceptional customer service to every patient Welcome and check in patients for their appointments Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Educate patients about chiropractic care, memberships, wellness packages, and current promotions Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages Meet and exceed membership and sales goals Re-engage inactive members through follow-up communication Assist with marketing and community outreach initiatives to attract new patients Maintain accurate patient accounts using our point-of-sale software Keep the clinic clean, organized, and welcoming Support your team while maintaining a positive and professional work environment Communicate patient concerns to management and follow established policies and procedures Embrace feedback, continuously learn, and seek opportunities for professional growth Physical Requirements Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Why Join The Joint Chiropractic?
