Requirements

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona.
• Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or similar).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Valid DEA registration and BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
