Monitor maternal and fetal well‑being throughout labor. Interpret fetal monitoring strips and respond appropriately. Assist with breastfeeding education and newborn care. Care for mother‑baby couplets. Perform outpatient OB services including NSTs, iron infusions, labor assessments, circumcisions, and bilirubin checks. Educate patients and families throughout labor and postpartum recovery. Communicate patient updates to physicians and nursing leadership. Assist physicians during procedures and deliveries. Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Maintain equipment and supplies. Float to other nursing departments when needed. Qualifications Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred. Active RN license or eligibility for North Dakota licensure. Labor & Delivery or acute care experience preferred. New graduates welcome with appropriate orientation. BLS certification required (or within 30 days of hire). ACLS certification required (or within 60 days of hire). NRP certification required (or next available training). AWHONN and STABLE preferred.
