Supervise and support behavior technicians and RBTs Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide parent training Focus on quality care - no direct therapy required Collaborate with clinical leadership and support staff Requirements:

Active BCBA certification 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred Must be available full-time Comfortable with hybrid work and occasional local travel Compensation & Benefits:
